FAQ

Questions

How do I get in touch?
Call or text 267-253-0042. Texting is fine and often easier if you are locked out and cannot talk freely.
What areas do you cover?
Boyertown and the surrounding area. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call or text and ask.
What is re-keying, and is it cheaper than new locks?
Re-keying changes the pins inside a lock you already own so the old keys no longer work. The hardware stays on the door. It is usually cheaper than buying and fitting new locks, and it is the normal choice after moving into a house or losing a key.
Are you certified?
Yes. ALOA certified, with a locksmith diploma from the North Bennet Street School in Boston, which is a full-time bench program rather than a short course.
How long have you been doing this?
The business started in 2010. Before and alongside that, institutional locksmith work at Pennsylvania Hospital and later at a Philadelphia university.
